Canvax Biotech has received an endorsement from The Ministry of Science and Innovation (Ministerio de Ciencia e Investigación) and The Spanish State Research Agency (Agencia Estatal de Investigación) through the RETOS-COLABORACIÓN 2019 Program. Canvax Biotech will lead the consortium composed by RADYTTA (Red andaluza de terapias avanzadas) and Instituto de Investigación Biomédica of Córdoba (IMIBIC).

The project, named «Preclinical and regulatory development of modular and multi-therapy CAR-T therapies based on the ImmunoDrone platform for the treatment of hematological and solid tumors» (in spanish «Desarrollo preclínico y regulatorio de terapias CAR-T modulables y multidiana basados en la plataforma ImmunoDrone para el tratamiento de tumores hematológicos y sólidos»), has been granted with a loan of 541,575.23€ (Project file: RTC-2019-007028-1 & Budget Application: 28054638833).
