Also, Canvax informs you about the existence of files of personal data (named CLIENTES), property of Canvax, registered in the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for its own management, communications, commercial, employment, advertising, marketing and information purposes, which can be accessed by the user to verify their location.

Canvax will not use personal data for any other reason not specified in this contract.

13. Retention Periods
We will keep your personal data for the duration of the period you are a customer of Canvax. We shall retain your data only for as long as necessary in accordance with applicable laws.
On the closure of your account, we may keep your data for up to 7 years. We may not be able to delete your data before this time due to our legal and/or accountancy obligations. We assure you that your personal data shall only be used for these purposes stated herein.

Our privacy policy is compliant with General Data Protection Regulation 2016 Spanish act “Ley Orgánica 15/1999”, of December 13th, about privacy and personal data protection, and those referred in the Royal Decree (“Real Decreto”) 1720/2007, of December 21st, where the LOPD (Organic Law for Data Protection ) of the Ley Orgánica 15/1999, of December 13th, is approved.
