Product Overview:
Tris Buffered Saline with Tween™ 20 (TBS-T) is the most commonly used Wash Buffers or Blocking Buffer used for applications such as Western Blot and ELISA Assays.
TBS-T is an optimal formulation of pH stabilizers, salts and detergents designed to remove excess material, decreasing non-specific background staining. It is preferably used with alkaline phospatase or peroxidase-conjugated antibodies.

- Recommendations: The salts in 20x solution are at a very high concentration. It has been found that at temperatures below 10ºC, the salts fall out of solution. If this occurs during your shipment conditions, please stir the product to get the salts back into solution.
